How do codes work?

At checkout, enter the code you received from your hosts in the box labeled “Discount code” on the right side of the page and hit “Apply”. Please note that codes can only be used once per customer.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address to ensure you receive your gift promptly.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your gift should arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Will I get a shipping confirmation?

You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number in an email to the email address you provide at checkout.

Can I edit an order after it's been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order after it’s been placed, please contact us at ezgift2@gpsteam.com, and our team will help you out.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We cannot offer gift messages or gift wrapping at this time.

Can I return or exchange my gift?

We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a gift that is defective or damaged, please contact us.
